What's Included?
A Personal Health & Wellbeing Consultation
Which can be carried out over the phone or via an online form (depending on your preference), so that I can design the most appropriate programme for you (keeping it personal!).
Nutrition & Healthy Eating Guidance
Delivered in the way that suits you and your lifestyle best - with simple and actionable steps that you can integrate into your current lifestyle.
A Personalised Training Programme
Designed & based on your current phase of life, health & fitness goals and personal needs - these can include gym or home workouts or a combination of both! This will be available to you via an easy to use App, which you can access on your SmartPhone, so you'll never have to worry about what to do when we're not together. Video demos of exercises included for when I'm not there;
Monthly 1-2-1 Personal Training or Yoga or Wellbeing Session*
1 Monthly Session with me, in person. This can be used as you wish - to run through exercises you aren't confident with, check you're completing movements safely and correctly or just for an extra push to keep you motivated!
Support & Accountability
Achievable yet impactful, Health & Wellbeing Habit Goals that can easily integrate into your current life;
Check-ins & support from me personally to keep you accountable, cheer you on, answer any questions & make sure you're getting the results you're looking for.
How is my Package Delivered?
Your training programme, nutritional and habit goals are delivered via a simple and accessible App.
All you have to do is download the App to your Smart Phone and your Training Programme and Goals will be available wherever you are.
The App also allows you to sync data from your other devices such as an Apple Watch, FitBit or Garmin and My Fitness Pal so that you can have all your Health & Wellbeing data in one place and we can keep on track of your progress.
All exercises have video demos & coaching cues for you to follow for when I'm not around.
Where do In-Person Sessions take place?
In person sessions take place from a small, welcoming gym, Snap Fitness, in the heart of Heswall, Wirral (UK).
Yoga sessions will take place within the private studio inside the gym.

*Ad Hoc Additional Sessions are available from time-to-time, subject to availability.
