WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE KC COACHING

I take your trusting me with your health seriously! I take a whole bodied and person-focused approach to coaching.  With me, you'll receive a personal touch, whether you are training with me in-person or via the hybrid approach.

I believe health is multi-faceted and ever-changing dependant on our current stage of life and circumstances.  This is why my coaching includes support with your fitness, nutrition, daily habits, stress levels & sleep and regular check-ins from me personally.  

CAN I WORK WITH YOU IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION?

Yes! I have taken additional qualifications that enable me to work with people living with long-term conditions and liaise with your health care professional to tailor your Programme to suit your needs.  I have worked with people living with osteoporosis, arthritis, knee replacements, depression and anxiety.

I'M STRUGGLING FOR TIME - SHOULD I WAIT TO SIGN UP?

Personally, I do not think your health should be put on hold - especially if you are busy, that's when we need to look after ourselves the most! The benefit of having me as a personal coach is we can make your programme suit your current stage of life - so whether you're going to be doing lots of travelling for work or are in the midst of the school holidays, we will work together to co-create a plan that helps you to continue to work towards your health goals without adding additional pressure. We can't control the bumps we face, they're going to happen - but we can prepare ourselves to deal with them in the best way possible.

CAN I SWITCH PACKAGES?

Absolutely - life changes and so will your health goals! There will be times you require more flexibility or more support. I also find that many of my Personal Plus+ clients graduate to the Personal Hybrid Package once they have gained confidence and knowledge.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIOD?
My packages run on a monthly subscription basis. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time however for administration purposes, I do require a minimum of one week’s notice prior to the end of your current month’s subscription. 

I would never tie you in for longer, as I only want to work with people who  mutually want to work with me.  That said, I do find that to get the best results, most client's work with me 3-12 month's (depending on their goal).

DO I NEED TO BE A GYM MEMBER?

Personal Plus+ client's will require a membership to Snap Fitness, Heswall. This is paid separately to your Coaching Subscription. If you're not a member, I can add this to your package at a discounted rate.  This will provide you with 24/7 gym access, to enable you to train even when we are not together plus access a timetable of a variety of amazing group classes.

Hybrid clients would benefit from a gym membership, but this is not essential as your programme can be planned with entirely Home Workouts.
