I mostly work with women 30+ looking to lose weight, gain confidence exercising and feel fitter & healthier.
I can also support women who are pregnant or looking to return to exercise after having a baby.
Most people come to me feeling intimidated by the gym, struggling to juggle work, family & home life and maintain their health and wellbeing.
I'll help you build confidence and break down the barriers to achieving sustainable health and wellbeing in a way that works for you!
