We start with how your body moves, not a generic plan or one-size-fits-all approach.
Each session is designed to:
help you feel confident and safe with your technique
make gentle, effective progress so you see results in the mirror and feel them day to day
build your confidence in the gym, so you can move on your own knowing you’re doing it safely
You won’t be pushed for the sake of it instead, you’ll be guided, supported, and encouraged, leaving each session feeling stronger and more capable, not more drained.

A dedicated session to assess how your body moves so your training is tailored to you and your goals.
1x Weekly In-Person PT Session
Fully coached sessions focused on technique, strength and progression.
Optional Training Programme Bolt-On
A personalised programme to follow outside of sessions if you want additional structure and consistency.
£180 per month – includes 1x weekly 1:1 Personal Training session
Optional bolt-on training programme: £29 per month

Most women who come to me have tried every diet, every app, every social media workout only to feel frustrated in their clothes, low in confidence, and like they’re missing out on life because of their body.
I use my experience, knowledge, and supportive energy to help women prove to themselves just what they’re capable of lifting heavier than they thought possible, moving confidently, and feeling strong in their own skin.
